CIPC & Statutory Filings · Done for you

Your statutory filings, done for you.

Statutory filings are simple until you miss one. Then they get expensive, and eventually they cost you the company itself.

We make the submissions for you, as and when you need them.

What we file

Eight filing types, handled end to end. You tell us what you need, we come back with a figure before any work starts.

CIPC new company registration

A new company or close corporation registered and set up correctly from the start.

Deregistered company re-instatement

Where the company has already been struck off, we apply to bring it back onto the register.

CIPC annual return

Filed within 30 business days after your incorporation anniversary, with the registers it must carry.

Beneficial ownership declaration

Filed together with the annual return. Since April 2024 CIPC will not accept one without the other.

Director and member changes

Appointments, resignations and member changes lodged and reflected on the register.

UIF and COIDA employer registration

Your employer registrations put in place so your submissions and Letter of Good Standing can follow.

POPIA Information Officer registration

Your Information Officer registered with the Regulator, which the PAIA portal requires before it will accept anything.

PAIA annual submission

Prepared and lodged through the Regulator’s eServices portal inside the annual window.

In practice

A missed filing does not sit quietly. It compounds, and it ends with your company struck off the register while you are still trading under its name.

We handle both halves

We prepare and lodge the submission for you, and we register your Information Officer if that has not been done.

Before you ask

CIPC questions

When is my annual return due?

Within 30 business days after the anniversary of your incorporation date. It has nothing to do with your financial year end, which is where most businesses get caught.

We have missed several years. Is it too late?

Usually not. We can file the outstanding returns, and where the company has already been deregistered we can apply for re-instatement.

Do I file beneficial ownership separately?

No. It goes in with the annual return, and since April 2024 CIPC will not accept the return without it.

Can you do our tax returns as well?

No. We do not handle SARS registrations or give tax advice. Speak to your accountant.
